R. Tate Gorman

Tate's practice is devoted to litigation.  His practice focuses primarily on first party insurance litigation including liability and property coverage disputes and the defense of bad faith and DTPA actions.  Tate's background also includes third party insurance defense, ERISA coverage disputes, and complex commercial litigation.

Noteworthy

In 2006, Tate was appointed by the Dallas City Council to serve on the Dallas Citizens/ Police Review Board.  Tate is also a board member of the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands, which raises money for the prevention of child abuse, local community projects, and college scholarships for local graduating seniors.
