Henry A. Cirillo

Henry Cirillo serves as Of Counsel at Zelle Hofmann. He has practiced within the area of complex business litigation for more than 20 years, concentrating in the areas of antitrust and securities fraud class actions.

Hank’s diverse business practice also includes common law fraud, negligence and breach of contract actions involving oil and gas developers, partnerships and real estate syndications. Prior to joining Zelle Hofmann, Hank served as managing partner with The Furth Firm in San Francisco and as of counsel at Bingham McCutchen. 

Hank received his B.S. in Biology from Cornell University and his M.A. in Liberal Studies from State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California in 1987.
