Roger D. Branigin

Roger's practice has encompassed many areas of commercial and civil litigation with special emphasis on issues relating to construction, suretyship, insurance, securities, and corporate governance.  He has litigated and tried cases in numerous state and federal jurisdictions.  Among his most notable cases, Roger obtained a jury verdict in favor of a metropolitan airport authority for the full amount it sought in a products liability case, successfully defended a major professional design firm in a series of wrongful death actions that resulted in no liability for the client, and obtained summary judgment on behalf of a corporate officer in a case of first impression involving personal liability for unpaid state franchise and sales taxes.
