Tom practices in the area of complex litigation including property insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and subrogation. He has tried, litigated and arbitrated matters involving products liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, fire spread, professional negligence, commercial contracts and employee fraud/theft.

Lead counsel and national coordinating counsel for a major commercial property insurer in coverage litigation arising out of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma

Obtained summary judgment in multi-million dollar insurance coverage dispute arising out of Tropical Storm Allison

Representation and defense of numerous coverage matters in state and federal courts and the 5^th circuit

Representation of a major petrochemical company in multiple matters including recovery for catastrophic equipment failures and the defense and prosecution of commercial contract disputes

Represented two Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar employee fraud/theft recovery cases

Successful prosecution of a major construction defect arbitration

Successful prosecution of numerous catastrophic subrogation matters including products liability, construction defect, fire spread, negligence, and professional negligence
