Obtained summary judgment in multi-million dollar insurance coverage dispute arising out of Tropical Storm Allison
Representation and defense of numerous coverage matters in state and federal courts and the 5th circuit
Representation of a major petrochemical company in multiple matters including recovery for catastrophic equipment failures and the defense and prosecution of commercial contract disputes
Represented two Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar employee fraud/theft recovery cases
Successful prosecution of a major construction defect arbitration
Successful prosecution of numerous catastrophic subrogation matters including products liability, construction defect, fire spread, negligence, and professional negligence
