In re: September 11 Property Damage and Business Loss Litigation ($2 billion subrogation action from 9/11 terrorist attack seeking to recover on claims paid by commercial property insurers)

Microsoft Antitrust Cases (indirect purchaser antitrust class actions brought on behalf of Plaintiff Classes in various states where Plaintiffs allege that Microsoft had illegally monopolized and engaged in unreasonable restraints of trade in markets for operating system and productivity applications software)

Right of Way Cases (nationwide class action litigation involving trespass claims brought by landowners against telecommunications carriers and railroads related to the installation of fiber-optic cable along railroad rights of way)
