H. Jerome Gette

Jerry's practice includes representation of the property insurance industry (coverage and recovery matters), representation of the casualty insurance industry (coverage matters), and commercial litigation. Jerry has handled approximately 500 major commercial subrogation investigations since 1979 and is responsible for a number of subrogation recoveries in excess of one million dollars. His career highlight is a $160 million recovery on behalf of Industrial Risk Insurers/Angus Chemical Company, following an explosion at a nitromethane facility – at that time, the largest property subrogation recovery ever for the property insurance industry.
