M. Anthony Parsons II

Tony has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex disputes, including business litigation, construction/products liability litigation, and insurance subrogation and coverage.

Tony serves as the hiring partner for the Dallas Office and a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Business and Construction/Products Liability.   Tony has handled a variety of complex business litigation disputes, including shareholder derivative actions, disputes involving exclusive distribution agreements, employee fraud/theft recovery cases, and general contract disputes. His construction/products liability litigation practice has primarily focused on representing plaintiffs and includes claims involving compressor failures, roof collapses, commercial sprinkler system failures, and fire spread, against entities including architects, engineers, contractors and manufacturers.

Insurance Subrogation and Coverage.  Tony’s insurance practice is primarily in the commercial property insurance area. He represents insurers in handling subrogation recovery matters and coverage disputes.
