Mitchell J. Rapp

Mitch is an experienced commercial litigator, from both the plaintiff and defense side, with a particular expertise in antitrust and trade regulation. In addition to litigation, he regularly counsels clients on all aspects of antitrust and trade regulation. At Kellogg Company, he was responsible for all non-employment litigation, including the Vitamins and Cartonboard cases, which resulted in several multimillion dollar settlements in favor of the company. Prior to Kellogg, he spent four years with operational responsibility (in addition to legal responsibility) for a music manufacturing company. Mitch works out of Kalamazoo and San Francisco.
