Confidential arbitration  (representation of reinsurer in coverage dispute involving claims arising out of the September 11, 2001 attack)  

ADCO Construction Defect Cases  (multi-party litigation in the Superior Court of California relating to major defects in the construction of the luxurious Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara)

Fiber Optic Cable Right-of-Way Litigation  (multiple class action lawsuits against telecommunication companies and railroads resulting from the installation of fiber optic cable in railroad right-of-way land owned by the class members).

Deluxe Corporation v. St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (arbitration before the international division of the AAA involving the alleged theft of a large amount of stock from the insured's check manufacturing plant in Mexico City and the subsequent cashing of fraudulent checks in numerous Mexican banks)
