Dick litigates disputes arising out of catastrophic losses at industrial sites such as refineries, petrochemical plants, and drilling and production facilities.  He represents owners, insurers, and individuals as both plaintiff and defendant in coverage, products liability, tort, patent, subrogation, and contract cases.  Dick's engineering and plant operation experience is invaluable for his technically complex docket.
